Self-mastery
We want you to be the best version of yourself by discovering your ‘why’, understanding your true identity, and living in alignment with your purpose.
Through a multi-faceted approach to your health and wellbeing we’ll guide you to answer some vital questions – What am I doing? Why am I doing it? Why does it matter? These questions will help you tap into the conscious and sub-conscious beliefs that are influencing your choices and behaviours.
As you learn how to be vulnerable and build trust in yourself, you’ll start to prioritise the things that matter and let go of the things that don’t. Not only will you feel more fulfilled, you’ll also become a beacon of health and positivity for those around you.

Wellbeing
Improving your physical health is only one part of the wellbeing puzzle. Without the right mindset and environment, you’ll only unlock a small sliver of your potential. If you want to achieve optimum health and wellbeing you need to prioritise your physical, mental, emotional and social health.
That’s why we don’t just physically train you, we also mentally and emotionally train you. This approach gives you the tools, knowledge and skills you need to create an environment in which you can thrive.
An environment that is conducive to ongoing personal growth. An environment where you have the rituals in place and the know-how to monitor yourself FOR yourself. An environment that supports positive health outcomes for you and everyone around you.

Leadership
A lot of males have been conditioned to believe that expressing emotion is a sign of weakness. The ‘suck it up soldier’ approach never served anyone well and can lead to depression, anxiety, relationship problems and burnout. Luckily, times are changing.
More and more of us are beginning to understand that true strength is the ability to embrace and express our vulnerability. By doing that, we’re able to have a true and meaningful impact on others.
We want to create a generation of emotionally connected, vulnerable men who have a positive influence on those around them, particularly children who are seeking guidance and inspiration. By teaching the younger male generation what it means to be truly connected with their thoughts and emotions and physicality, we can build their resilience without compromising their empathy. This gives us the best chance of creating a healthier community.

Connection
In the culture of ‘busy’ we’ve become disconnected from ourselves, our kids, our community and our natural world. The hamster wheel keeps turning and we get stuck feeling flat, overwhelmed and guilty.
Our teen boys can get so distracted by school grades, sporting achievements and social media that they too become disconnected from family, friends and themselves. This can lead to feelings of inadequacy, worry, and shame.
Our aim is to help you and/or your teen son reconnect with the things that really matter – health, happiness, family, community and nature. By empowering you to align with who you truly are and what you want out of life, we’ll forge a stronger sense of self-worth, belonging and connection.
