It doesn’t matter how committed you are to your health goals, at times we all lose focus. Life can be messy and chaotic. As you try to juggle work and family or school, sport and friends, it’s easy to stop prioritising the thing that matters most – your own health and wellbeing.
Carving out time for yourself is not only good for you, it’s great for the people around you.
The simple ritual of waking up 15 minutes earlier to do some breathing exercises means you’ll feel more focused and calm as you tackle your day. Small changes can improve our lives dramatically.
