“I have been working with Coach Deano and Casamento Coaching since January 2021. During this time I have become stronger, lost weight and increased my flexibility. On top of this I’ve become more mindful and developed a greater understanding of nutrition. Deano’s caring, yet challenging approach has meant I look forward to my training sessions.”
