for 13 to 17-year-old males that encompasses high performance mind and body training techniques to enhance performance in and out of the water.

School Term Program
IGNITE – January to April
FOCUS – April to June
EMBRACE – July to September
GROW – October to December
REFLECT – (Holiday Program – 2nd & 3rd week of January)
1 x weekly group-training session combining strength
and conditioning, mindfulness and personal development techniques.Monthly 1-on-1 Mentoring session with Dean.

THe outcome:
Teen males who thrive mentally, emotionally and physically in and out of the water, with the tools to surf their best and to make good choices.
