  • School Term Program

    IGNITE – January to April

    FOCUS – April to June

    EMBRACE – July to September

    GROW – October to December

    REFLECT -  (Holiday Program – 2nd & 3rd week of January)

  • 1 x weekly group football training session combining strength and conditioning, mindfulness and personal development techniques.

  • *Optional Monthly 1 on 1 Mentoring session with Dean. 

  • Materials and tools to support optimum health and wellbeing.

THE OUTCOME:

 

Young male leaders, both on and off the footy field, with better fitness and skills, stronger connections, and increased emotional awareness.
