REFLECT - (Holiday Program – 2nd & 3rd week of January)
1 x weekly group football training session combining strength and conditioning, mindfulness and personal development techniques.
*Optional Monthly 1 on 1 Mentoring session with Dean.
Materials and tools to support optimum health and wellbeing.
THE OUTCOME:
Young male leaders, both on and off the footy field, with better fitness and skills, stronger connections, and increased emotional awareness.
